Help me find this Tiffany chain

Actually I was wrong about the crown key. I think it is the platinum and diamonds fleur de lis key. It comes in 1" and 1.5"...pretty sure this is the latter? Unfortunately very expensive!

I think it's the fleur de lis key. If you google it you will see people say it's one or the other (fleur or crown) but to me it doesn't look long enough to be the crown key. It is gorgeous....I love it. I think you could accomplish a similar look with a SS key if that's really what you want.

Well that's nice to hear. I honestly have never had a bad experience with Tiffany's (service or otherwise) but I have read posts about Tiffany's asking the customer to pay for repairs like that. I'll bet it helps to have a good relationship with a SA (which I do). In your experience does your 32" chain have issues with the links bending out of shape? I realize we're talking about different metals here (silver vs gold) but that's my main concern with this chain.

Yes, I've had GREAT customer service help at the store in Century City. Not so much from the store in Beverly Hills.

At any rate, I have the heavy 2" key on my chain and haven't noticed any stretching or misshaping. It is fairly delicate, but I'm more worried (from personal experience ) about breaking the chain than stretching or bending it.
