Help me downsize what I carry!

I use the thinnest contact lens case for makeup-y/ liquid things. Currently have 2 cases that house: hand cream, hand sanitizer, emergency medicine, lip color (nice use of stub ends of lipsticks). Downsized floss to the plastic floss/pick combo (2in my purse), keep a half length cardboard backed nail file, and one of those tiny pens the size of a toothpick. Also in the past year, have been stashing small bottles of hand sanitizer all over the place, so always have something accessible. Do Also keep backup masks in the car, in every coat pocket, etc.

I only bring keys, wallet, 1 mask, in my small bag, like TP26. for small errands. Even though, my keys and wallet are still heavy, lol
If for longer errands, which requires eating outside, I will bring lip balm, pen in a small pouch.
Hand sanitizer, sunglasses, tissue paper, all in the car.

I have similar issues and why I gravitate to LV canvas too. I use a TP15. It holds my keys, lippie and cash/cards (no coin) and often my airpods. It is adorable and so lightweight. I do not carry a wallet or key holder. Sunglasses are often on my head and phone is often in my pocket.

Hi Ladies! I really need some advice and encouragement. Due to ongoing medical issues I really need to decrease the weight of my handbag. I didn’t think I carried a lot but have shoulder and back arthritis which is making it more difficult. I mostly use a crossbody with top handle as shoulder bags cause pain in my shoulder. I have a lot of LV canvas because I find it lighter than leather, but have a few smaller Epi bags as well as Longchamp nylon bags.

Currently I carry:

Cardholder or small wallet with cards/cash. Took out as many as I could and never carry coins (too heavy)
Keys in key pouch. Car, door, and one remote.
Sunglasses in soft pouch
Sm pack of tissues
Baggie with masks and small hand sanitizer
Phone
Catch all with all my misc. items like meds, chapstick, one lippie, pen, nail file, blotting papers, extra small hand sanitizer, extra mask, hair ties, small comb, Shout wipe, one hand wipe, bandaids, mini hand cream, mini floss, and my AirPods.
I had more stuff in my catch all like a small spare battery, a gold chain for the Pochette, multiple bandaids and wipes and a few other things but already took them out.

Any ideas? I am thinking of taking out the AirPods bc I usually use them at home and just putting in a reg set of earbuds but ☹.

Leave sunglasses in vehicle.
Leave extra hand sanitizer home.
Can you combine the key pouch and card holder?

I use the 6 ring key holder for ID, check card and some cash.

Thank you all. I did take out the battery and AirPods. Also the extra sanitizer, I have some in my car and every store or restaurant had it too. I have never used the comb! and use the chapstick 99% of the time, esp. now with masks. I put my cards in the cles and my keys into the catchall. Slowly getting there, thanks for all the tips And suggestions! The comb, lippie, and shout wipe are on the chopping block!

And for anyone else who really needs to carry sunglasses, I have a light pair that folds and fits in small bags. Wanted Raybans but didn’t know if I would like them so bought Foldies. They are pretty cool and very small when folded.
