I would for sure add the Small White Gold with 6 Diamonds.

Go for the regular size with or without diamonds. Try both on to see the difference in color. Personally, I like it without diamonds. The darker gray color gives it an edgier look, while the more white color of the diamond version due to the Rhodium is very classic looking, and might work better for you if you plan to wear it as part of a stack. Both are fantastic!
