Hello!

Stuck in another Cartier conundrum!
The JUC ring (no diamonds) in rose gold OR the Tank Solo with leather strap- medium size?

Both are around the same price, but so different!
Which one should I buy? ( I suspect I will end up with both eventually! lol)
I tried both at the boutique and love them equally!

Can't decide what to get! HELP!

I would get the JUC ring. The tank solo had been on my radar for so long and one day I went to the boutique to try it on and realized there isn't much of a WOW factor. However, I've only tried on the full metal bracelet style so maybe the leather strap adds something extra to the design.

What color is the rest of your jewelry? It might help you decide what will go best with what you already have [emoji3]

Hi baggingthebag, I am sorry to post here b/c I have insufficient privilege to create new post. Since it is also JUC related, it might be a little bit helpful to you also. Thank you in advance!

Help with my new ring dear JUC owners! - I bought a JUC ring last week and was too thrilled to look every detail (I focused on the top only...). Yesterday I suddenly found a small pit on the bottom of the band. It is irregular in shape, and I couldn't see any Cartier logo meaning in it. I asked my sales if it is a defect. She said it is a seal she believes signifies that the ring is made in Europe. Some of the markings are inside the ring and some are on the outside on the bottom of the band. The irregular shape really concerns me and bothers me more and more. Is there similar marking in your ring? It really looks like a defect. Thank you and I look forward to hearing about your experience.

That is normal and on every juc ring. It is supposed to have a seal.

I also don't care much for the tank solo with the metal bracelet, but I adore this watch with the leather strap! :)

sorry - I replied earlier but I don't know where it went!

I have jewelry in all colours, and mixing metals is fine with me, so that's not a consideration really. I do love rose gold though!

Hmmm in that case I would say the JUC ring. It's beautiful 18k gold and a it is a very substantial ring.
I've tried on the tank and it didn't wow me like the ring did.

My daughter went through the same dilemma when we went searching for her graduation gift, only with a ballon bleu. In the end, I had her try on the tank solo in yellow gold and she fell in love! I agree the watch is less than stunning in the bracelet version, and frankly, I don't love it in steel either. In gold, it felt like all the details just popped! Perhaps, you could look at it in gold, that way if you buy it, and you decide down the road that you want the ring too, they'd match?

The juc. Earlier this year I was looking for a new watch and tried on the tank solo. I was actually disappointed given the price of the watch. The face of the watch was not what I expected and it was incredibly thin. It's also a quartz watch unless you get the automatic version. With the quartz you need to change the battery every couple years and that means you need to take it to the AD. Also the warranty is only two or three years. With a Rolex for example you get five and actually don't need to service it for 5-10 years.
