Help me choose which bag should i get?

I like the black hardware on bags that also have a chain strap. The gold is beautiful on the camera bag.
Couldn’t agree more.I am a huge fan of the black on black YSL bags, but for this model I would prefer the gold hardware (still on my wishlist too)
Same my first Ysl bag was blk/blk WOC but I knew I wanted it for going out/ dressy occasions.
I voted black hardware but I think I’m changing to gold. I agree with the points others made about it adding something extra to the bag. My favorite on this particular bag is silver though. I heard 50/50 feedback about the black hardware so I think it’s a bit of a gamble. When will you be picking this new baby up?
OMG guys, i voted for black hardware too initially (even in the poll above) but everywhere i asked, people seems to prefer the Gold hardware. I know i should decide for myself. But i have made some wrong decision before so sometimes i don't really trust my judgment
that's why i like to ask for others opinion too.. So at first i also voted for black hardware. but right now i'm kinda leaning more towards gold hardware but i am still unsure... I just wanna get something that would still look good when i'm in my 50s...for the black hw: i think it looks special and unique (&maybe more luxurious?) but maybe abit edgy and rugged? so i am not sure if this will still look ok when i'm 50? not sure about the chipping issue but it's not a big problem i think?
for gold hw: i think it looks more common but a little dressier coz of the gold tone hw?
oh and my wardrobe is really like an old lady, i wear blouse/shirt with black pants or sometimes sweatshirt/knit shirt with skirt...
do you think gold hw would be better?

p.s - i have seen the envelope bag in black hw and it is stunning so i really like the black hw but like one of the previous comment , she prefer the black hw with chain bag... made sense too i think?
I think that the black hardware will always look chic and I can tell that you really love it. What about getting this bag in gold and if funds allow, go for the Cassandra clutch in black hardware and get the insert with chain from Etsy? Our fellow TPFer linked it in the Clutch/WOC/Wristlet thread yesterday. Not that we can just throw money around lol but it’s $775 and not as painful if the black hardware chips. Oh and one last piece of biased input lol I initially didn’t get the silver hardware on my Clutch and it haunted me. I kept thinking about it and caved last night and ordered it so if you REALLY love the black hardware, perhaps get it. Even though I love the look of black hardware, I stay away due to the chipping (all brands). The longevity is an issue for me. Gold hardware is really classic. If you’re looking for something a bit edgier than gold, I would consider the silver hardware. It looks edgier vs the gold and no worries about the chipping.
