UPDATE: I went against the majority on this one. I ended up getting the one with the enamel. I just couldn't resist the Tiffany blue. I asked the SA about the enamel scratching/chipping and she said so far there have been no complaints but that if there is an issue I can bring it to the store and it will be taken care of. I'm not too worried. The heart is so small plus there is a silver lining around the edges. I guess only time will tell. Until then I will wear it in good health.

Congrats on choosing the enamel one, that's what I voted for, I've had mine since Christmas & I love it although I don't wear it that much but when I have worn it I allways get lots of compliments.
