And personally, I would recommend against the AW Rockie. I have one and it is super heavy. I am actually considering selling it to get a Mini Rockie which would suit my petitie frame more and is much lighter. I also use only a small amount of the room in the Rockie since I don't carry much with me. You sound a bit like me in not carrying much so a mini Rockie might better suit you then the regular size Rockie.

I third the first or the town, I have had the city and sold it because of the stupid "long" strap that isn't so long. I would say the first, the town, the mini city or if you want to go big, the velo, would be better options.

Of your choices, I would go bal. My personal pet peeve are bags that are heavy even when empty which is the rockie.

Not sure if you had already made your decision. I got both Balenciaga classic gold city and Alexander wang Rockie (smaller size of rococo ). I would highly recommend you getting the bal. as Rockie is just so not functional! It is too heavy to be a daily bag!

Thanks for the replies, everyone. I actually haven't made a decision yet. I won't be making my purchase for a few more months, so I've been taking my time. Right now I'm still considering a Balenciaga, small Pandora, or maybe even medium PS1. AW is probably off the list due to its weight. I'm leaning towards a black RH Balenciaga Town. I like the size and look of it more than the First, and it's got a longer strap I'd use most of the time. I actually didn't consider it before, since I thought I wanted a City. However I likely wouldn't use the City much since I like wearing bags on my shoulder most, and it isn't ideal for that. With that, the Town seems a lot more functional, so I'm really considering it and have been doing research on it. It'd be great to hear some more opinions on this bag, since everyone seems to talk a lot more about the City.

IMO city is the option for top handle and shoulder wear(like a hobo style to me), town is for top handle and crossbody if I am not wrong.
