Help me choose my first bag!!

What about a Marmont without the pearls on the logo? Blooms print will probably be out of style in a year or two, as will over-embellished bags. I think a Marmont with a plain GG logo, or a Dionysus with no blooms print is the best option. When paying this kind of money, I usually err on the side of leather -- so my vote in Marmont with no pearl embellishments.

I love this Marmont! Actually I like most of the Marmonts but the pearls are really nice. The other purse is cute but I do think it could look dated quickly (if you love it that doesn't matter but if you are debating the Marmont is more versatile).

I would say the Marmont! It's such a great year-round neutral that'll go with anything and the pearls still make a great statement.

It's a tough decision. I agree with an earlier post that the blooms may be a bit dated in 1-2 years. The marmot might be a safer choice with more longevity. Although I like that it doesn't scream Gucci since the branding is more subtle.
