i was debating between the white vs black pair and even though i love the white, i went with black because it is just so much more practical and you dont have to worry about them as much. I got mine soled before wearing them out because the soles are leather and will be easily worn down

did you take them to any cobbler?

I have three pair, black with fur, brocade no fur, pink no fur. On a recent trip to Italy where I walked for miles every day guess which shoes that I brought were far and away the most comfortable, my Princetown mules. I had the ones with the fur inside and they were perfection. On the flight home I started to think I must have trashed my shoes, but no, still look great. I cannot say enough goods things about my Princetown mules.
Okay you have sold me :graucho:
Glad to hear that they're comfortable enough for that!

I have had the black with fur for more that a year. I’ve walked on them for long periods, no problem.

The soles look better than I expected. Not much wear, considering how much I’ve used them. No uneven-ness in the wear either.

I’ve walked in them in the rain (I had no choice - got caught in a downpour in a big parking lot) and nothing happened. I thought the fur would look like a soggy mess but it survived. The leather part had water beads all over but the fur looked dry. I guess it’s like a cat haha.

My only comment is that the front leather has significant creasing already (right after the horsebit). When you walk your foot bends, know what I mean? So there’s that. It doesn’t bother me much since mine is black.

Go and enjoy your purchase! I recommend leather over any textile. They will last you longer!

I have these too but with the Bee stitching. I find them stiffer in the beginning than the plain leather ones but they are still comfortable.

I see, thank you! :flowers:
I really like the fabric ones but I'm afraid I'll look like I have skis on my feet by sizing up even further with them.

I guess I'll be going with the Black ones. The creases don't really bother me as they're pretty visible with my gucci aces. But the black color will definitely hide them more I feel too.
