No, no--I really appreciate the comments on the folds, Star. I was wondering if I could end up "squishing" the folds down--that'd suck. I've decided that unless it's a special edition or all leather LV like your Mizi, I don't want to spend more than $700 or so.

I'm going to check out the Popincourt and find out more about the Damier Speedy 30 at the LV's in my area. I'm on the waitlist for the small satchel Fendi B Bag in tan/black patent at my local NM, so I don't want to get the LV and then totally fall in love with the Fendi. That'd be too many bags at once! :) So I'll keep you posted. I really appreciate everyone's input.

I AGREE! Infact we really do have similar taste because I recently caved in (having said I would NEVER like THE B fendi bag), and am also on the wait list for the tan/black patent leather combo!:laugh:

i really like the mizi in canvas, i was very impressed by it in person. i also think the deauville is better than the treauville, the treauville is way small. and i also like the alma in damier better than the speedy 30...so i'm not much help, lol.

I'm leaning towards letting the Mizi going. I'm such a visual person and to buy something without even seeing it is hard... And I HATE buying things where I have to mail it back to return it.

So the new plan is to look at the Popincourt, find out what the status is on the Damier Speedy 30 at my local LV, and sit and wait for my waitlisted Fendi B bag. I figure I don't NEED TWO bags after just having bought my BV last night.

Which BV did you get? Does the LV in Fash. Valley not have the Mizi?

The BV I ordered is the dark orange ball bag. I think I got that last one that was available on NM.com. I can't wait until it arrives!

I totally forgot to look for the Mizi at the LV Fashion Valley. Since I work near Horton Plaza, I might drop in during lunch or after work. Maybe they can check who has it.

Btw, now I got distracted b/c I noticed that NM.com has a spy satchel in cognac. But there are NO dimensions on the purse....

My sister considered buying the Mizi, but it's just so huge (and she's over six feet tall). It kind of reminded me of a bowling bag. I thought it was cute until I saw it in person. I vote for the Trouville.

My vote goes towards the wildcard, go popincourt ! The popincourt haut especially. ;)

Otherwise I would go with the mizi, I don't really like the trouville in monogram, it just looks so boring.

Wickedassin, Did you get the spy satchel? It's gone now. Take a photo of your ball bag when you get it. I'd love to see!

Addicted, I was trying to figure out how big the Spy Satchel was and then it was gone! Oh well--probably just not meant to be then is my idea... I think it was a "smaller" purse and I like big purses...

No Mizi's in the area. And even though I left my name and number at all LV's in SD for the Damier Speedy--I've decided I don't want it now. I can get caught up in a wave and get really "dedicated" about getting something. Anyways, I realized I DO NOT like how the Speedy 30 sags so much... I really liked the Popincourt tonight. So I think that's what I'll get after I get my ball bag. I'll take photos when it arrives--it shipped today! I'll have to get Vlad to shrink the photos since I have no clue what I'm doing with pics...
