Stupidly wore my Cassette bag out while with my two young kids and the front flap now has a noticeable crease on it after it was accidentally bent upwards in my nappy bag.
Is there anything I can do to help soften it?
Thanks in advance!!3CCF33F1-7453-40DC-A974-EBDE9BD1D7AD.jpeg222EB7C7-1BC8-4598-B65A-3CAF2066E343.jpeg

Perhaps post in the Bottega subforum?

I personally might try to bend it gently back, but also just live with the knowledge that life happens, and use the bag, don’t worry. Good luck!

@Pkac Honestly, this looks like a natural leather crease - sorry! But if it bothers you that badly - try rubbing in some leather conditioner to give it some moisture. I would NOT put it in a plastic bag or steam it, that can damage the finish, even from 12" away (sorry, @honeydipp). Knowing that leather is a natural material, I think I'd just adjust to the knowledge that this beautiful bag is living a well-lived life with you; there's no real way to change what's happened without "messing up" the rest of the leather. I think it looks beautiful and part of the bag, myself -
