krawford, if you don't mind my asking, what is it that makes you love the Peekaboo more than the Kelly?
Ease of access. Easy to get in and out of. I thought I just had to have a Kelly, finally got one, but was never crazy about it. It was a pain to get in and out of. I ended up selling it. It was probably a year later before I got my Peekaboo. Plus I am kinda over the whole Birkin/Kelly thing. Have sold all my Birkins. In fact, I don't have any Hermes bags at the moment.

If you don't mind me asking, where do you usually sell? I don't have many friends I can sell to. And I may sell one of my bags to fund for this new peekaboo ;)

I have sold most of my bags on ebay or through people who have seen them listed on ebay and have contacted me personally. I haven't sold anything in quite a while.

I was wondering if it was going to be an ease of use issue! I totally hear you -- I too "just had to have a Kelly," and while I still love the bag, I rarely use mine for that reason. Never could use a Birkin because I need the shoulder strap. I'm finding that unfortunately, a lot of Hermes bags just aren't that's functional. Glad to hear the Peekaboo is easier to use, because it has definitely caught my eye and I may ultimately end up with one! Fendi seems to take classics and do them with a twist, and I'm really liking their aesthetic lately.

This is nice to hear since I'm on a waitlist for a Hermes Kelly but I'm having serious second thoughts since I've picked up the Fendi Selleria.

Thanks so much for sharing this info about the Kelly. I've been wanting one but now am seriously rethinking it. Bags that are hard to get in and out of drive me nuts. Think I'll probably pass on getting a Kelly and be content with my new Peekaboo. My wallet thanks you! :D

I got the regular black selleria. I love it so much. It is about the size of the Hermes Kelly 32 cm. I have had a Kelly bag, but love my peekaboo more. I have not seen a large Peekaboo, but would like to try one on.

Is the regular selleria heavy?
I would like to customise a peekaboo later..
But afraid it will be heavy,..
How is the weight compared to 2jours or other bags?
Thx!
