HELP, coach does not provide dust bag?

SLGs don't come with dustbags. Sometimes it's puzzling, what is classified as a SLG and what is a 'handbag', but that's the truth. SLGs like some that have been mentioned here, don't come with a dustbag. Mens bags typically do not come with a dustbag. If you bought a handbag and it did not come with a dustbag, that's an aberration. Sometimes it happens. You can't necessarily walk into another Coach store and grab one because we just don't have extras. But if we did we would surely give you one for your bag if it was supposed to have one.

The men's backpack I purchased for hubby did not come with a dustbag and wallets/wristlets have not.

All my retail bags came with dudtbags. Slgs (except one belt) and outlets have not. I am someone who does always store bags and slgs in dustbags so not getting one for a retail bag would annoy me. I wish they did it for slgs. In terms of sustainability technically storing items makes them last longer so we buy less lol

A while back I had purchased the Cassie from the retail website and no dust bag was included. I called customer service and they said this bag doesn’t come with one which their explanation made no sense to me. I called again after and the next representative actually contacted a local store and then they shipped one to me.

In my experience of purchasing from Coach since 2007, dust bags were not included with small bag purchases unless they were considered to be a limited issue. I was upset when I recently purchased a similar bag to yours from the outlet from the Basquiat collaboration and there was not a dust bag included. I also got my daughter one of the totes and it also did not have a dust bag when I would definitely had expected one. Not sure if the dust bag was removed. Disappointing...

I bought a key charm from coach retail website, it came with a dustbag.
I also got a cassie 19/shay crossbody from the retail website, all came with a dustbag.

Just purchased charter backpack, hopefully, there is a dustbag.
