My vote is definitely for the Nudo ring--I absolutely love the combination of London blue topaz and amethyst. Gorgeous! My second choice would be for the other Pomellato ring, it is stunning. The Cartier pendant might be nice for everyday wear but it is quite small, when I saw it in person I was surprised at just how dainty it is.
I am always a sucker for deep color so I can't help voting for that, it is always so lovely to see on a lady's hand! Good luck with your decision and have a wonderful birthday!
+1
I also have two nudos stacked, London blue topaz and the light blue topaz stone, I find it super comfortable and wear it daily.
arwen, may I ask you to post a picture of you wearing your Nudos stacked please? Thanks a lot!
Here they are- please excuse my messy hands....winter time and my two cats always make them look dry and scratched :shame:
Of course. Here you go-- apologies for the weird angle, I wanted to hide my dire need for a manicure situationView attachment 2929318
Nudo! I think the design is much more classic than the other options. For that amount of money, I'd go with something that will work over the years.
DH have kindly offered to get me something special for my birthday and he wants to know what's on my wish list. I am hesitating as I have a few items on my mind.
Would love your feedback on these items:
1. Amulette de Cartier - small pendant / chain either in MOP or Onyx
2. Pomellato Amethyst Nudo (regular size) --> to stack with my Nudo London Blue Topaz which DH bought for my birthday 5 years ago. I have seen many photos on stacking Nudos and they're pretty, just not sure if it would be comfy.
3. Pomellato M'ama non M'ama Amethyst and Tsavorites ring
4. Tiffany Sparklers Amethyst ring
I attached the pictures for ref. Thanks in advance!
Wow, what gemstones are these? They are so beautiful together! I believe these colors can be worn all year round, isn't it? Good choice! Thanks for sharing.
This may be a weird question, but why don't you give him this list? If you have a hard time deciding between them, it's because you love them all.
And if he chooses himself, then it'll have more meaning, won't it?
That what we did for my push gift: I visited almost a dozen jewellers, came back with a list, and only discovered what he got me after our child was bornI loved the element of surprise.
ThanksThese are the Rose de France and the Prasiolith. Yes, they are very versatile and I wear them all year round.
If I ever get a 3rd I am contemplating between the London Blue Topaz and the lighter Blue Topaz.
