Help-Birkin in London/Florence, possible?

Yay! What great news! On London, I haven't been in the H store as I don't go to London often but the last time I was there, I walked by the H on Bond St and looked in the window and saw a lady being shown a red Birkin. Now unless she had it ordered or something, but there was one there anyways! Prob had it ordered though since skes2002 has said it's very rare to see one.
