I would get the stick dial. I love the classic look. Don't worry about it looking too masculine, except for the deep sea, there is no Rolex out there that doesn't look good on a ladies' wrist

I like the one on the left more, i find it cooler and super chic in a nonchalant way but ultimately, i would get what goes with your personality. Both look unisex to me

Thank everybody for your input. I have decided on the stick markers on a Day Date vs. Datejust. but want either a yellow gold or white gold one now. I've tried a few more on my wrist.
Tge first two have diamond markers - they didn't have any with stick markers in the stock. Have to order. I was trying on to see the gold and the dial.
