The time difference is driving me nuts, I slept for something like 3 hours and woke up at 9:35.. German time ! I guess it'll just take a few days to sort out.
So my cautionary tale about a poor SA occurs at the flagship store - I was pretty surprised and disappointed that it would happen in Paris of all places ! I asked in French for a English speaking SA, and one came.. with a buddy. It turns out that "Marianne C." was training a new SA that day, and she may have done a good job of that, but she did a very poor job of even looking me in the eyes. She kept on talking to the trainee, and I basically ended up doing everything like it was a phone order. And her English was poor. I even said to her, that it was disappointing and it felt like I wasn't the one that was the customer, it was the trainee. For someone that is going to train someone else in sales, you ought to lead by example and that includes not ignoring the customer. They even made me follow them around the store - seriously follow as in they didn't wait for me. So disappointing ! I would definitely not recommend this SA to anyone.
But hey, I did bring home some new Louis Vuittons, and I'll have to update my collection photo !
