I have received so many responses and would like to thank everybody. I have looked under every suggestion, but still I have not found that bag. Im just at a loss, maybe she designed the bag herself. I will not give up...I LOVE that bag! Again, thanks everybody and if you hear anything let me know.

Hey everybody, thanks again. Its so crazy I cant begin to tell you how many hours I have spent trying to find this bag! Im thinking Prada Psycho may be right, Im not finding this bag under any Prada sites,stores or sales.
