I'm pretty happy with the Big Bang Sale this year. I scooped up two of the men's Philip totes (I plan on keeping one for myself, it looks like it would make a great bag for toting around paintbrushes and stuff) and I'm positive that between two brothers, a best friend, a brother in law and my dad, I can find a happy recipient among them for the remaining bag. I also grabbed two of the tablet organizers (though I wish I had scooped up one of those whiskey colored ones during the sample sale, now) and a little olivia mini wallet. The tablet organizers look just gorgeous online, so sleek and professional- this is another "one for me, one to gift". HH just does that to me. Happy 4th of July in advance

Whoa! If nordstrom stocks HH I would consider continuing to buy HH! I don't like HH's customer service or their final sale policy but some styles are hard to resist.
Apparently HH's spotty customer service is also affecting their stock at Nordstrom. I ordered the aqua clutch from Nordstrom since they would price match but 6 days later I am still waiting for this clutch to ship! Nordstrom says they have to wait for it from the HH warehouse. Blargh.
Yes Nordstrom matched the price with the 40% off but I guess Hayden-Harnett wouldn't fulfill it. My order finally got cancelled today.

So I guess HH had some communication issues because they still shipped me the clutch even though nordstrom thought they weren't. It is so annoying because I had to go to the trouble of packaging it back up to ship back. The aqua Bardot Clutch looks terrible in real life. I think it was dcblam who ordered it and was disappointed? Sorry if I am remembering incorrectly. Anyways this one looked so dried out and it was already cracking. The quality made me sad.
