I've had no problems whatsoever with my Damier Ebene Neverfull. I don't carry it constantly, so it's not overused, but I have had it for a while and still like new. The straps are perfect, no glazing or cracking problems.

There have been several threads on this issue. I had the Damier Ebene Neverfull MM with the cracking on the straps after only 6 weeks. It was such a hassle and my boutique (that I have spent much money at) wasn't very nice about it at all. I ended up fighting with them until they would let me exchange it for something else. I just don't think those thin straps work well with the glazing.

I started a thread like this back in March when I was about to get this bag. I was so concerned. Well I got the bag in April and have used it almost everyday since. Not one problem with cracking handles  I ADORE the bag!!!

well I just bought one today...an ebene neverfull mm and I hope that I made the right choice. I'm wondering if I should go back tomorrow and exchange it for the azur or maybe the mono.

I had a Damier Ebene Neverfull MM for a month and had the cracking issue. My boutique (Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh) took it back and readily replaced it. They didn't have the MM in stock & I ended up getting the GM. I absolutely love the GM! I thought the MM was a good size, but since I've had the GM, I've filled it up so many times, going back to the MM would be tough!:graucho:

I'm glad they gave you a replacement!

I have had problems. There was no issue having my bag replaced the 1st time. The 2nd bag did the same thing a little later than the first but still did it nonetheless, but I just kept it.

I have had t have reglazing on a wallet as well and have not had any issues since then and that was almost a year ago

I purchased my DE NF MM in August 2010... the drawstrings and handle started having minor cracks. I brought it back in the store in February for repairs, got it back after 2 months, it's been fine so far.

I bought mine a year ago and got it replaced last month for free because of cracked handles. It took 2 weeks for the repair, but it was worth it. They told me that I have another year of warranty after the repair.
