Hi Girls, Web site opened on September 25. I was first customer and transaction did not go well - they had some issues charging my credit card. I end up calling them, they called me a few times, I called my bank, they called my bank....etc. Eventually in appreciation for my patience they send me knotting cards, perfume, scarf catalog and tie catalog in addition to my purchase. Email notification came yesterday - tree weeks after site opening.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I think they must have figured it out as I've ordered twice from them now and both were good.

Yes, they fixed it. My second purchase last week went without any problems.

I'm quite shock that twilly is Cdn$170+tax (& I need to pay 15% HST from NS >.<) while US is merely US$140+less than 10%tax!! Lucky DH was just having business trip in US & brought back some goodies, otherwise got to stuck with the Cdn price tags! So unfair with the current exchange rate!!

The Canadian prices are pegged to the Euro, not to the US dollar - that's what I've always been told.

The Canadian prices are pegged to the Euro, not to the US dollar - that's what I've always been told.

But EURO is just &euro;105? including VAT. Got one at CDG earlier in March which is &euro;92! Even with Cdn custom duty & tax & still not the Cdn retail price!

Anyway, the website e-shopping will allow me to know what Canadian price as I can't visit any in Canada in person anyway. I will buy only travel either within Canada or else where.
