no it's so difficult as well, probably because of tourists. there are lines in front of VCA stores. my experience 2 years ago the only 5-motif available to buy at Paris stores (Vendôme, Lafayette, Samaritaine, Printemps) were onyx and carnelian.
Has anyone been able to order the RG hammered sweet Alhambra studs recently?

Update: after placing 100% deposit and ordered vintage yellow hammered gold pendant, finally received a message from SA to pickup. Wait time a little over 3 months in Canada. Probably looking at another 4 weeks to resize as it took that long for my 5 motif bracelet.
Been stalking site and have it on wish list with SA. Also have on line boutique SA looking for me. No luck yet but the SA from site keeps sending me encouraging emails 😚 . She says hopeful for Fall 2024.
As a walk-in on Tuesday, I saw the hammered gold Vintage pendant in RG available.
First time stalking the website yesterday for "available pieces". To my surprise, saw vintage hammered earrings in RG available. I screenshot it and messaged my SA who then reached out to the office team who in turn confirmed that there will be a pair arriving soon with exact date TBD. Anyway this is all to say that I've paid deposit to secure them!!! This will tide me over for now as I (not so) patiently wait for the matching 5 motif bracelet to become available. I currently own the 6 motif bracelet and have been looking to add the 5 motif bracelet and earrings both in hammered RG to wear all together.
I ordered the 6 motif hammered rg in March 2024 and it arrived today (4months - my SA had estimated 6)! Now waiting for it to be resized 😌
Hi! Do you know if they changed this prepaid policy? I paid in Nov ‘23, item just arrived, but now my SA wants me to pay the price increase difference. I could have sworn she said prepaying means we avoid price increases, but she said we prepaid to secure a spot, not to purchase.
Unfortunately, they changed their policy. Prior to the PI in 2024, if you prepaid, you were guaranteed the price at the time of the 100% deposit. Now, if you prepare, you are guaranteed the order but while waiting for your item, if it is subject to a PI, you will have to pay the difference. This wasn't the case before and it is a bit annoying. They use to request only 30% and that changed to 100% deposit. The deposit (whether it was 30% or 100%) would also guarantee the price; not anymore.
