Hi ,I found the lining separated from the top glazing todayGuess it's time to bring it in. I hope they replace instead of sending for repair...I love this bag!View attachment 4268729
Someone recently posted about the same happening to their Neo Noe but here was a lot worse. I have a Neo Noe as well but purchased in July so haven’t seen any of this lately. Is yours Made in the USA? Or Made in France? I think the other poster said she bought hers in the US, I’m wondering if this could be a problem with bags made there?
When did you buy it, and how often do you use the bag?
I bought one epi neonoe recently, and the glazing is not perfect. I noticed minor scratches on the glazing in the store, but otherwise the bag was perfect. I felt it would not impact the use and just took it home, because i love it so much and didn't want to wait. After seeing all the glazing issues here, I'm a little worried on the durability. Well,, at least LV should be able to fix it for you!! Let us know
Purchased in March and rotated off and on. Bringing it in to my CA on Saturday
Depending on how new it is, I’d ask them to replace it. My Sarah Compact wallet (which is not even 2 years old) started separating like this too. I took it in and they said they couldn’t reglaze it because it would bleed into the canvas and ruin the wallet [emoji53] there isn’t anything else I can do about it, therefore I’d have them seriously replace it!!!!! Once it separates like that, it’s hard to reglaze. But I could be wrong ♀️
Hi ,
I unfortunately noticed that my Neo Noe is also doing the same thing in 2 spots . I am bringing mine into the store in a few days .
If LV says no or charges an arm and a leg, this would be an easy DIY fix with some leather glue from Rocky Mountain Leather Supply.

It's top notch quality. You don't need a lot. Just put some on a tiny brush (like from a craft store) and secure with a close pin until dry.
If you're feeling really ambitious, they also sell the same paints used by Hermes for their glazed edges. You could touch up the glazing yourself.
I repair and make bags so I've used all these products myself.
I will keep you updated.Shoot. Keep me updated!
