Thanks NYCBelle, I wore them today to the mall (walked around about 2 hours) and had to soak my feet when I got home lol. But they're fab. I wore thick socks and I feel them softening up, it's great!

Thank you hautemama and shaq21, I don't know how to measure a heel but measuring from the back of the shoe the heel is like 4.5" from the base to the "seam".
