@Prada Prince I blame you for this "semi-impulse" buy 
. I saw your look today and was reminded of the Gucci belt. Later, I went to grab my Burberry leather biker jacket on my way out and realized that I wanted a new belt to go with it! Somehow my other belts didn't seem to match the jacket perfectly. So I went to Gucci thinking that I would only take a "look" at their belts, and walked out with this. Not that I needed a new belt as I have a ton of other ones already. It's the aged silver-tone version to match my coat hardware and most of my other silver-hardware accessories, not gold-tone. Was told I couldn't get the gold even if I wanted it. as there is a full months-long wait-list for it.

Bought my first Gucci item for my 21st birthday - one of the denim jackets. Little tight on me but I'll never button it up anyways.
Dress down Friday with my Gucci Bamboo and Marmont belt...
I got my hands on a gold belt, and it's reversible with black and brown! Hard to tell from the pic because the brown on the other side is so dark it almost looks black. Probably looks more brown in daylight.
The full grain leather is thicker and nicer than the ruthenium one in my opinion (nicer than the boar-effect stamped leather of the non-reversible version).
It's my first time buying from Mr. Porter. Couldn't believe there was one left in my size, considering the Gucci SA told me that the wait list in Toronto is at least 5 months. Prices were higher because they don't include duties and customs fees unlike Luisaviaroma, Matchesfashion, and Farfetch. Getting it shipped to me was a nightmare, because Mr. Porter did not authorize me to pick up the package from the DHL facility after missed delivery attempts, as I was a first-time customer. They were very inflexible with that. I've never had a retailer reject that option before. The package kept being delivered when I was at work.
I'm just glad that the belt is now mine, and I don't have to deal with the courier stuff anymore.
