Gucci marmont super mini as a fanny pack

I'm no Coachella girl but this is me wearing it at Universal Studios. I'm a waist size 28. The whole reason I bought this is the versatility to be worn around the waist as fannypacks are so in right now. At the same time I don't want to buy an actual belt bag because I'm sure it will run out of style after this season.

I much prefer the minions to the Coachella scene!! it looks great on you. Love the idea!

I've got the same bag and I love it. It is very small though, so you really can't fit that much it in (I have iphone 6S plus and it barely fits (it has a Kate spade case, so takes extra space)) however I'm wearing W26 in my jeans and can get it comforably around my waist. The only thing is that if I'm wearing jeans, I can't get the chain tough belt hoops so just have to put it on top of my clothes.

I do prefer it as a fanny pack rather than a crossbody as it is very small with a relatively long chain (I'm 5'8" without heels for reference). My SA recommended to use the little clasps that comes inside the bag to make a shoulder/fanny bag.

So the bag I ordered from ssesnse got stuck in USA customs so there is a slight delay and won't be in till next week. I went into Gucci today and tried the bag super mini in person and it did fit only on my natural waist. I would like to wear it lower on my waist but would need an extension. Anyone have any suggestions where to get a good extension that matches the hardware on the bag? I came across Amazon and found these. Anyone think it will work? First two pic is the bronze color. From this photo it looks like it’s a removable toggle strap. If I were you, I would just get a different strap to use instead of the one that comes with it. Maybe something adjustable so that you can wear it on multiple different places on your waist. Just a thought

I think bronze looks like a better match for the Gucci hardware than the shiny gold.

I think the bronze would definitely match the chain better. That’s a great idea, i’m tempted to do the same. I can currently wear it on my waist but I would also like if it could sit a little lower

The extension chain works. I ended having to chop off 3/4 of it with pliers but now I can wear it lower.
