Gucci GG belt...Need advice please

So the belt just arrived the 85 does turn out to be a bit big at high waist on the last hole but fine for jeans.

I was kind of disappointed that I didn't get a box or dust bag with it. All the reveals and YouTube videos I have seen shown those items coming with. Does it make a difference that I bought it from NM and not Gucci directly? [emoji33]

Seems like the 85 would work best for me.... although I think the 80 would be OK as well. At least the 85 gives me a little more leeway when wearing it with low-slung jeans. [emoji28]

I purchased mine from Bloomingdale's in Aventura earlier this year and the SA sent me a 90cm and an 85cm both wrapped in boxes and the Gucci bloom floral shopping bag. However when i went to Bloomies 59th to exchange the 90cm the SA took the box that I gave them the return in and was not very pleasant about looking for the size 85cm. I went to the men's department in which another male SA found the 85cm marmont belt for me from the women's department I was just in. In any case he only gave me a dust bag and no box. Hope this was helpful. I too wished that I had purchased the size 80cm because it's a bit loose on me on the final hole as well when it comes to my high waist jeans.

Yes I was thinking I should return the 85 and get the 80.

Either way, I would like to have at least had a dustbag to store it in even if no box were included. It basically arrived wrapped in a piece of tissue paper with the tag attached nothing else. [emoji31]

It's really frustrating how some of these department stores are so stingy with the packaging that we actually pay for when we buy these high-end designer goods!! [emoji27]

Good Afternoon MrGuccio, Happy holidays to you by the way. I would suggest that you look at Saks.com, NM.com and SSENSE.com for the gucci belts. I have noticed that NM online will randomly have sizes in stock. Also please note that SSENSE will not charge tax on these items as well which is a fab deal if you live in the states and are hoping to save a bit. So my biggest tip is to check yoox.com on both the men and women Gucci categories. Since these are unisex belts I have noticed the GG marmont belt pop up on yoox in the navy blue, cognac, burgundy as well as some other colors for any where from $100 usd to $150 usd less than retail. I wished that I had purchased the navy at $290 plus tax but I too did not know my size so I lost out on getting it for a much better deal. I recently saw the dionysus all leather crystal belt that retails for $690 on yoox for $530. Good luck and hope you found these tips helpful.
