take it to the gucci store. whats the worse that it can happen? That they charge you for the repair. Its a beautiful, well made bag to not used it. Maybe you can try a repair center for jewlery if you dont want to go to the boutique.

I contacted customer service. They weren’t helpful. Comparing to LV customer service, Gucci customer service is horrible. I’ll take to the store to see if they can send it for repair. I hate the fact that it can take up to 120 days for repair.
I’m very disappointed that the crystal fell off. Now I’m afraid to use it. What other anther one falls off? I heard this is common for Dionysus bag.

It’s very rare for the crystals to fall off. A lot of people own the bag without any problems. However with crystals you always must make sure not to be heavy handed with your bags. I think your bag must have already had a lose crystals and then fallen off. I’m glad it happened early and you got an exchange. Always take it back if a crystals falls off.
Hi JenSmithZero00, I bought this bag yesterday and within the space of me taking it out of the box, and trying it on, a stone had fallen out of the clasp. Really disappointed to hear this is a common issue. I also share your thoughts on the customer service, although I was given a new bag they didn’t go out of their way to apologise for the fault.

Thanks for your reply! Relieved to hear it’s very rare. I try to take care of my bags as best as I can (always stored away in dust-bags, never taken out in the rain etc) but will be extra careful with this one.

I rarely use my bag. The crystal should not fall off. I heard this is common for this bag. It’s my first Gucci. I’m very disappointed in the quality. I would not buy Gucci again, their customer service clients service were not helpful either.
