I received a damaged box. I don’t have access to a store so that was my only option. I’m not an expert but i can’t see any damage on the item. I call them and had to send pictures of the box. I hope the impact on the box don’t have any consequences (damage)for the item in the future,( if i missed something when i checked it).

Generally they're great and fast shipping etc but I did receive 3 marmont with unsatisfactory stitching or large gap where the piping join was. I exchanged them all and on the last time the rep contacted me to tell me the large gap in the piping join was normal and if I wanted to exchange it would be the same or I can refund, I ended up getting a refund and they put the price up a few hundred so I never got one in the end. Two of them also had missed stitches along the zipper so it looked like a long cut that stood out... Only had issues with that one bag though.
I would not be able to see all this and my only option is via website.
It’s nice to have purse forum and read all about purses but it’s very stressful if you are going to buy one and read all the experiences good and bad.
