To add to this repair, my boyfriend gifted me the zipped card wallet from the Blooms collection a couple years ago and its been holding up great except for the corners, the glazing seems to have come off. Do you think if I bring it to a Gucci store they might be willing to repair it? Wouldn't want it replaced bc of the sentimental value it has, just the glazing. I ask if they'd be able to bc he no longer has proof of purchase.

it doesn't hurt to try! it may be difficult without proof of purchase, as that was one of the first things they asked me for before taking my bag for repairs. you may also have to pay for the repair. I was informed by an SA that if an item was purchased over 2 years ago, the warranty is expired and there is a charge for repairs. hopefully you are able to get your wallet fixed!

How did you make out? My Marmont’s glazing on the sides, under the rings, is starting to crack. It’s not bad, i just want to fix it before it gets worse. I bought it 2nd hand so I’m not sure how old it is. I contacted someone who can fix it, but I’m wondering if I should just take it to Gucci (even if I pay) I just don’t want to spend an arm and a leg (With Gucci) if I don’t have to.
