Thank you!! I will most likely wear it as a hobo. It actually feels less heavy as a hobo rather than wearing it with the long strap. I do like the adjustable strap options though. This is my birthday/anniversary/Mother's Day gift all in one. I also got a Louis Vuitton zippy wallet in black Epi leather. They look like a dynamic duo together. Hopefully you can get one soon too! :heart:

It has enough structure to keep the shape, unlike say an Evelyne. (Not that I don't love my Evelyne's, but it's a different type of bag.)

I think it is a beautiful bag too! We're bag twins now. I forgot that I have an Hermés Bastia coin pouch in gold from years ago. I agree, it looks similar to the Jackie, but the Jackie brown is a bit darker. I've wanted an Evelyne for a long time, but since the pandemic it has been very hard to track down. I wasn't patient enough to stay on a wait list for it. But, luckily this bag popped up. You will have to post pictures as well!

It's definitely a beautiful bag. I love just looking at it. It smells divine.
Pros:
Adjustable longer strap.
Adjustable shorter strap (I wear it this way as a hobo shoulder bag).
Beautiful pebbled leather and shade of cognac/brown color.
Leather is durable as in no scuffs yet (hopefully it won't). It is a very well made and sturdy bag. I think the price is justified.
Hardware is durable. I have to say Gucci's hardware holds up much better than LVs. (Only worn it a handful of times. I will probably wear it now more for fall/winter).
I like that's it's not a zip top because zipper tend to always scratch my hands when I pull any items out of the bag.

Cons:
I still do worry about scratching the big piston closures. I try to be extra careful. Therefore it makes it a bit fussy overall to get in and out of it you are out and about shopping. The main problem is accessing items easily in my opinion.
The depth problem is another issue. You can't fit a lot of items if you have a purse organizer. You can fit more without it, but I can feel my wallet or other items digging into my side without the organizer if that makes sense.

Overall, I still love it and I would recommend it in a handbag collection. I do not regret buying it either. It has a lovely history as well. Hth!
