I think GP is a fantastic colour, I own a B30 in swift and I love this bag even though I don't carry her much as mine is in swift and I'm afraid of corner wear. Here's a pic of mine, I took her out of the box to show you the colour.

Here it is in Evercolor leather - I don't see any blue either.

heifer, and cali_to_ny, gris perle is my absolute favorite Hermes grey, and especially in these two leathers. So, just stopping in to say  :hbeat: , regarding your pics. Especially gorgeous with palladium hardware, heifer, and cali_to_ny, if I'd seen a Jige in this combo pop up, I'd have snapped it up in seconds!

Is gris perle too close to etain? My SA was floating me gris perle (not sure if B or K), but my last bag was etain togo B25.
Gris Perle is not close to Etain at all IMO. Etain is a medium grey and Gris Perle is very light. I would say if you have Beton or Craie, you probably don't need Gris Perle as they are the same white based colour with different undertones. If you love grey, and don't mind light coloured bags, then I think Gris Perle can have a spot in your collection, with Etain. I am a grey lover, I don't have Etain yet but it is on my wishlist. I do have Gris Asphalte and I think Gris Perle is different enough to justify it in my collection.

So many ladies being offered Gris Perle

I owned both Gris perle and blue pale at some point (not any more unfortunately). I can say Gris perle is definitely closer to blue pale than Beton. It has the blue undertone when you compare it with warmer colors like Beton and Craie. I also own Beton and Craie. I can say this picture is quite accurate

Great photo! GP is such a chameleon. :) Looks very warm in some lights and cool in others. I was trying to photograph mine for this thread but it looked different in every room, depending on lighting and background colors. I am not a fan of cool colors, blues or cool greys, and yet this color fell seamlessly into my collection and seems to go with everything. The way I see it, it's a shifting creamy grey and it lives in the beton/craie family.
