As for the boots I will pay for them now with my cr.c but get the SA to hold until I get there, I'm not sure about the size and I have to try them on...

Yes, Ordered end of june at FSH, at first the SA said orders were closed. He then pnoned in beginning of August to say he managed to place the order.... Then I got the call 24th Aug that it has arrived!!! My friend in DUbai has just received it today... I can't wait to get it... feel like flying over there and fetching it.....
