Vote for tiffany key. Personal opinion, my favorite gift to others will be the Elsa peretii heart, or the oval key. These are simple designs, but very classic Tiffany's ( without actually tiffany printing all over).

I love the idea of giving her a key, but I would look at the Knot key to be honest. It is much more versatile and I'm pretty sure she could be wearing it for a long time.

I would prefer something more personal like an initial either the notes disk or the Peretti initials, that way there's less of a chance of it getting stolen plus, it's just a little more special. Or, one of the pendants that can be engraved. I love personalization.
