I love everything about this , except for the way the diamonds are set. It reminds me of David Yurman. The diamonds don't have any fire and look a bit dull in the settings. Of course I need to see in person as pics can be deceiving.

I was literally thinking the same thing. I'm getting Yurman vibes too, particularly the thick, woven/braided look of the chains, etc.

Unpopular opinion here but I think the designs look quite dated, like very 70’s—especially with that rope design. But I do think that vintage-y, ornate look is very in right now with the stylish set so I can see the appeal.

I think it is supposed to be a midcentury aesthetic. I would say it is 40’s-60’s style. I get that it’s not for everyone; but I think that period has an enjoyable merging of over the top glamour and a bit of camp for fun.
 
I had the pleasure of trying some of the pieces on during my last trip to HI in January. The movement of the individual pieces was interesting, as was the history, but I wasn't enthralled with the pieces on me. Too fussy....
