Could you return the bag because of the issue on the rings? It happened to my Graceful some time ago and the SA in store told me that it’s normal wear and will happen with a new bag again because of metal scratching against the other metal part.

Hi, yes mine was returned. It was 3 weeks old probably used twice. Like you said they also told me it was normal wear due to the metal rubbing while using it with a strap. I insisted that i am not happy with the bag. They allowed me to returned it.
