I immediately thought about Juicy but she may be too mature for that. It depends on her personality and tastes really. You could get her a vintage swatch - they come in all gold (plated) and are super cute.. American Apparel has nice little collections of vintage watches on their site and in their stores, you should check there..

Definitely Toy!!!! Also Michele has a nice "jelly" collection in the $300 range. Then the good old standby would be a Baby G. Marc Jacobs also has nice rubber, colorful watches.
