Your diamond and sapphire bracelet is gorgeous. It is so unique that I would wear it alone.

The 4 ct bracelet you just posted is pretty but looks too similar to the diamond-sapphire bracelet. I would go with the classic round TB, sounds like that is the one you have your heart set on.

This is another estate one. Platinum but 4 tcw. And $4,000. Thoughts?
The other one I was considering is white gold round diamonds and 4.71 tcw for $5300.
I like the platinum and both have G-H color stones.

Oh my, this is gorgeous!!!
Which one do you like better? I'm biased towards geometric lines, so I will pick this one over a traditional style. The diamonds appear to be more 'protected' in this setting compared to diamonds in prong baskets. This will also sit nicely next to your Art Deco diamond and sapphire bracelet - which is gorgeous too!

Thanks so much for the continuing comments! I like the idea of the "protected" diamonds too. I also think I like platinum more than white gold. Both are on hold for me with no money down. Will visit each a few more times and make my decision. Both are at different local neighborhood stores in the suburbs where I live.

Last summer I really wanted a traditional classic all diamond tennis bracelet for my 50th birthday. I shopped around and fell onto an Art Deco platinum diamond and sapphire bracelet. I purchased it and absolutely adore it. But I still did not get the plain tennis one out of my system. I have an opportunity to buy a 4.71 tcw round diamonds set in white gold for $5300. I have half of the money or maybe a little more than half. I can begin a layaway and pickup from store by the holidays. The criticisms I'm getting from friends is that tennis bracelets are too ordinary and not interesting. And they are very fragile and will always be in for repairs. And not worth getting something I can not wear every day. Please jewelry lovers and style experts, share your thoughts!

I'm sorry but I agree with your friends!!!

Totally agree with this! And I think it's the the best complement for your Art Deco.....

The above is my Art Deco purchased last year. Thanks enablers - I will purchase the tennis bracelet too! Will likely be on layaway until Christmas time though. Something to look forward to.

That's absolutely stunning! I think a classic TB would look beautiful with it. It's really up to you. I say go for it! Personally, I think a classic TB never goes out of style & can be worn with everything!

tennis bracelets are the most beautiful pieces of jewellery in my opinion, and women who wear then are soooo classy and elegant

like you i was thinking a lot before purchasing it... but i don't regret my purchase at all

i wear it for morning or evening even for work sometimes, alone or with other bracelets and watches

I'm curious as to how many diamonds are on this new one. I will call the jeweler later and report back!
Just to play devil's advocate.....
You started your thread asking about a "traditional" TB, a style you keep thinking about. You already have a gorgeous and unique Art Deco TB that, IMHO, can stand alone on it's own and should. While the new Art Deco TB is gorgeous it's not a traditional TB.
I just don't want you to get sidetracked and buy something that wasn't in your original game plan and regret it later. [emoji8]

You make a very good point. And I probably didn't express my post clearly. I meant all diamond bracelet, not necessarily traditional prong style. Last summer I went to buy all diamond. And got side tracked by the diamond and sapphire one. And I never got an all diamond one out of my system! But I totally understand what you are saying. I won't be starting a new thread next summer , contemplating a round tennis bracelet in prong setting!
