Yes, contact them. They were really nice about sending out additional ones to me.

I notice this from time to time on all my buckets and usually just take my thumb nail and twist which does the job (as long as it's not a fresh mani 💅&#127995, since I was concerned if I used a screw driver it could potentially damage the rivet. Loving all of the great tips on this thread!
