If you have a bag with an adjustable strap, I recommend tightening the screws to make sure they are secure. I lost one of my rivets and know this has happened to others.

MG was super awesome and was happy to send me a replacement with no hassle. But, of course it would be good to avoid the problem all together – with a gentle tightening.

To tighten the rivet screws:

I've found it is fairly easy to use some tacky (sticky not ugly) material to hold the bolt in place while using a screwdriver to turn the screwed part.

You will need:

Tacky Material: low to medium tack tape or other sticky-ish material such as rubber jar-opening pad or silicon heel strips. Look around your house to see what might fit this bill.

Screwdriver: Cover screwdriver tip with tape to soften the impact and ensure you don't damage your rivets.

If your rivets don't turn or if the whole mechanism turns, your screws are likely tight enough. It's a good thing to check them every few months.

Hope this helps! If anyone has a different system or recommendation, please share! :flowers:
