Queenie you are SO right!!! I think part of the beauty of the H bag is the process of getting the bag and for me, I LOVE the feeling when you buy the bag directly from the H store. It's such a thrill looking at the SA pack the bag so gently into the huge orange box and then move on to their 'ribboning' process. Also not forgetting when the SA brings the huge box out (hopefully shrink-wrapped) and shows you the amazing bag for the first time. It's out-of-this-world!!!
