My bag is finally here! Itās Mirus 30 in navy blue, silver hardware, dark grey stitching and bright green lining. IT IS BEAUTIFUL š¤©
True to the bespoke experience, Lili created for me Mirus 30 2.0. I want the sides to be like M35 and Lili made it happen for me ā¤ļø. I think it creates a more unique look and shows the stitching beautifully.
Instead of a zipped pocket, I asked for a slip pocket and again, Lili indulged me. To me itās easier to drop phone/passport/cardholder in that space (shown here with Metier thin travel wallet - great as it holds two passports and a Calvi Duo). As for capacity, it comfortably holds a book, a cosmetic bag, and if I push it, a 0.75l water bottle.
I love how this turns out. Birkin 30 looks small on me but Mirus 30 is perfect given the harness and the strap. Worn crossbody, it is neither too small nor too big that it bumps on everything.
Without harness, the smooth surface and the way the handles spring out of the smooth body reminds me of shadow Birkin (but cleaner). And the green interior just makes me happyā¦
The whole experience was wonderful. Lili was very responsive to my queries and willing to work with me to create my bag. She also kept up with the delivery process and proactively communicated the slight delay in delivery (a slight timing issue at Fedex). I can only recommend her and I look forward to seeing more creations from her!

I am 163 cm. Would love for the strap to be a tad longer so that the handles sit slightly lower but not a big deal.
It's the side detailing on M35 that first drew me to this bag so I am really happy that Lili can adapt it to my M30.
One of the few artisans that is never bothered to make changes to give one's bag that distinctiveness
it deserves. The color combo & details that you choose are wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful!! Is this navy blue Barenia? I love the sides of your M30 ā great choice! So neat to see how youāve made this truly one of a kind!
P.S. You can always send the strap back to Lili and she can either punch more holes or make a new strap to your liking (ie. crossbody). I did this on my bag ā it was very much worth it.
