Carrying redwood Celeste today. I’ve had it stuffed with a towel and hanging for a few days as it was quite structured, it has softened up a little. It photographs so bright, but is a fair bit darker/more burgundy irl.

I ordered a hemmed redwood mini. I hope by getting in a bag style I use a lot I will actually wear it. I love the color, I just have trouble coordinating it with my clothes.
I hope redwood ends up a keeper for you as well! It seems a versatile color to me, but tbf my wardrobe is a lot of neutral/fall colors.Tobacco Jane got here recently and I moved right in. I was so skeptical both of what Tobacco would look like in person and whether I would like the style, but it’s perfect! Very happy I got a 14” Celeste strap for it rather than crossbody, which also takes care of the concerns I had about getting denim transfer on this leather.
I received my redwood Mini the other day. She is very pretty. I tend not to wear much red , so I will see if she gets worn. I wish I had known tobacco was still available.

I have not. In summer I wear mostly very light colors. I bought it now so that I would already have it in the fall. I love the hemmed top. I ordered it when they still had the notes box. I asked for one that was not hairy on the inside and they delivered perfectly.Thank you! I’m basically head over heels for her, this is the longest I’ve stayed in one bag in recent memory

It certainly could just be the season! Like you said, hanging on to it until fall might change your mind. That’s pretty much what I’m doing with my cherry bison mini and a couple other bags I have; they’re all beautiful, but I don’t have the itch to wear them right at this moment. However, I might be about to make this potential mistake with Cobalt bison…blue bags get used once in a blue moon for me. But cobalt is so pretty and close to being sold out. But a black Jane would definitely be a better choice overall…lol
Finally pulled the trigger on a black bison Jane, and still avoiding temptation on cobalt. Have a couple KMM orders in the works for things I'm super excited to see in person, which is helping to stave off the impulse buys.
Looking forward to seeing pics of your new beauties! The Jane is such a great style!
I can’t believe I avoided trying it for so long! I didn’t think it would work for me as a crossbody, and it only recently occurred to me to just get a shorter strap
also just realized, I think one of the KMM bags I’m impatiently waiting for will also be relevant to your interests, haha. Will post when it gets here, probably still a couple weeks before it ships.
