I own a 2012 Citadine PM and had my straps replaced twice complimentary. Second replacement straps are holding up better than the first. I noticed slight cracking again and brought it to the store and was told that the third replacement will still be complimentary but subsequently, there will be a charge. I even send in to replace strap of the small flat pouch that comes with Citadine PM too at no charge.
Glazing on a Lumineuse Empreinte PM can it be fixed??? Please help

I had 2 lumineuse - both had crack in the glazing. I exchanged them for other bags several years ago.
Oof I wish I could remember. I bought one the year it came out, and the following one probably the year after.
My girlfriend has lumo with cracking, and store offered her to fix for 500 usd though

I kinda wish they proposed to me to change my Lumineuse. I got it in 2011, they changed cracked handles for free, but done nothing to cracking on the bag itself.

Nope. I was told they can change handles, no mention of store credit at all.

Hi everyone, I’m curious if you would stay away from purchasing a preloved lumi from 2011 due to the apparent glazing issues? It sounds like responses from stores are hit and miss. I’m so nervous that even if it’s in great condition I may run into cracking in the future. I am in LOVE with this bag and so sad they don’t make it anymore to buy new.
