I don't personally like cold modern homes
Very different than the house they built in Brentwood (I think it took longer to build than the time they actually lived in it, but of course they made a hefty profit on it) ....

As I get older and want a less cluttered life a more modern style is growing on me, but modern doesn't have to be cold.

I love modern avant-garde architecture. However, I don‘t think this property is particularly modern. It is pretty blah to me.
I don’t hate the house. But I don’t love it. Maybe the right kind of decor would make it better? The yard looks like a public space and could use some different plants and outdoor furniture. Maybe just bland staging by the realtor?
