He didn’t shake Foles’ hand after the game either. I read that he never shook hands with the opposing QBs in any of his SB losses. So he’s also a sore loser and a poor sport.
Well that would be 2 QBs: Foles and Eli. If you watch him when he's on the sidelines, he's like a child when he loses. With Gisele telling the kids they let the Eagles win, their kids might have the same view of sportsmanship as their dad.

This makes me like him even less - there's literally no reason for him to behave that way especially since he has 5 rings which he's pompously displayed many a time. Some people think he has humility and isn't cocky and I'm like where?! It's written all over his face.

With his incredible talent he could afford to be magnanimous in defeat and show a little class. But no, he's too stuck up.

He's just a big baby. It was so satisfying to see him on the ground those times he was knocked down. He's not used to it and you could tell it rattled him.

In his defense (can't believe I just said that) he wasn't that way when he entered the league. He really did get a lot of sh*t for being a 6th round pick (he was something like pick #200)...people thought Belichick was crazy. Over the years, he's grown so cocky. I commend his insane dedication and even giving back some of his salary so that they had more money to spend on players but ultimately it's all about him. He wears that 6th round pick criticism hard, to this day...even with 5 rings.

Gisele Bündchen comforts children after Patriots' Super Bowl loss, congratulates Eagles
Josh Peter, USA TODAY SportsPublished 12:27 a.m. ET Feb. 5, 2018 | Updated 8:54 a.m. ET Feb. 5, 2018

MINNEAPOLIS — Gisele Bündchen, Tom Brady’s wife, turned the New England Patriots’ 41-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday in Super Bowl LII into a teaching moment for their children — two of whom were crying after the game.

“They haven’t won in a million years,’’ Bündchen said of the Eagles, and it probably felt that way for the Eagles fans before their team won their first Super Bowl title and first NFL championship since 1960.

But Brady’s two sons and daughter were not easily consoled.

At one point, 5-year-old daughter Vivian blurted out, “The Eagles won the Super Bowl.’’

Replied Bündchen, “Just this time. Daddy won five times. They never won before.

“Their whole life, they never won a Super Bowl. You have to let someone else win sometimes.’’

At one point, Bündchen crouched down and wiped tears from the eyes of Vivian and 8-year-old son Benjamin. Brady’s third child, 10-year-old John, stood stoically on the other side of Gisele.

“Sometimes you have to let other people win,’’ she said. “…We have to share. Sharing is caring.’’

Then along came Rob Gronkowski, and Bündchen waved over the Patriots’ all-pro tight end.

“Guys, this is Gronk!’’ Bündchen exclaimed, stretching her arm around the three children for Gronkowski to get a good look. “You see, Gronk!”

The children’s sad faces lifted briefly as Bündchen told Gronkowski about the wisdom she had imparted to them about losing the Super Bowl.

“Where’s Daddy?’’ Bündchen suddenly wondered aloud. Minutes later, there he was.

“Daddy,’’ the children squealed.

Brady embraced his family, bending on a knee as he spoke quietly to his children.

Eventually Brady would return to the locker room, but Gisele’s lesson was not over. As she left the stadium, Bündchen was seen offering congratulations to members of the Eagles.

I heard she told the kids the Eagles have never won and daddy has won five times - teaching them sportsmanship
Just posted it....I think it's so condescending to the Eagles to frame it as you have to "let" others win. I know she's speaking to kids but this isn't teaching sportsmanship. I guess that Pats let the Eagles put up 41 points on them....lol.

Instead of teaching that sometimes people will play/work harder than you and fully earned their accolade, she decided to teach entitlement and that they let the Eagles have a breadcrumb. lol.

Oh well....they're very young kids.....maybe her explanation wasn't perfect but I still give her credit

Telling them sometimes you have to "let" others win isn't teaching sportsmanship. It's like telling an 8-year-old he has to let his 3-year-old sibling win a game now and then. It makes it sound like the Eagles won out of pity rather than that they were actually much better than daddy's team that day.

But it's no more than I would expect of Gisele.

I think Brady is too cocky, and I don’t like him for that - but I have to give credit where credit is due. He’s a good player.

And maybe I’m biased because I had him on my fantasy team (my first year playing fantasy! Lol TBH, I don’t know **** about football, but it was fun, and it helped me understand the sport a little more, and it is something that my boyfriend really likes, so it was nice to be a part of his interests as well) and Brady always gave me lots of points!
Be careful....fantasy football becomes addictive. Next thing you know, you'll end up like me with a ridiculous number of fantasy teams and lost during the off-season. I'm working on my league rules now for next season to keep me busy but it's fun for sure.
