I know that LV and Coach are really popular for their charms. I really like Hermes charms, but I don't like to limit my options. I think Celine does them... who are the other premier designers that do nice charms?

What about scarves? From what I gather, LV and Coach has them. But I believe Tiffany does too. But Hermes seems to have a greater selection...

I prefer Hermes for either. I use my H Breloque charm more than any other metal charm. I have one Coach charm that i use on a no name bag and it's just ok. the proprtions are slightly off. I guess u get what u pay for. Mulberry and Longchamp makes cute charms sometimes.

Thanks! Any other designers make leather charms? I want to put one on my smooth bag but don't want metal since it could scratch.

Haven't committed to buying a charm just yet, but decided to try my souvenir key chain I picked up in Paris on my Fendi Boston bag. I'll see how I feel about it in the light of day tomorrow...

Ohhh, love it! How did you make that?

There are YouTube videos, but most craft stores can help. I used a pair of sterling silver earring as charms. You can buy the swivel clasps, chain, jump rings (what you attach things together with) and charms at places like Michaels, or Joann Fabric. I just used my tweezers open/close the jump rings.

here are some of mine! unbranded scarves and charms that i have bought from bazaars that decorate my bags:
