GGH discontinued?

I had been shopped around in online store for my very first bbag.
i got a quotation that the GGH is more expensive compare to RGGH. as far as i know, GGH and RGGH should be the same price. i asked her and the reason is because the GGH is discontinue. is it true?

however, i ended up with the RGGH

i just saw a couple GGH bags (not sure the exact colors, but at least one brown and one red) at display at South Coast Plaza.

GGH is definitely discontinued in all Asian countries. They don't even have Black GGHs only all SGH and some RGGH in Black only. US and Europe are more lucky since they have wider selection of colors in GGH and RGGH. Although GGH colors (except for Black) is phased out already.

I am not really sure with this news. However, my supplier told me Balenciaga will start producing GGH again next year.
I nearly jumped as I heard the news

Hope this can be true. I really want to own GGH in many colors.

Maybe theyr just discontinuing GGH for a while so the covered and RGGH will sell more but eventually it will come back? Why discontinue something that is being sought after? This is just my wishful thinking.

oh mangosalmon i hope it's true!!! i love the GGH and i think it goes with almost all colour unlike the SGH imo

now THIS saddens me! my next balenciaga bag was supposed to be a black GGH envelope clutch
