So I was totally bummed that the tripe zip Robinson satchel went on sale and then sold out before the 30% code went out, but I decided to just chat with a rep to see if they could track one down and they did ! Unfortunately when I called, the associate told me that they had sold it already but she was able to order it for me from another store ! I got it for the sale price plus the additional 30% off (: I hope I love it

I got the black Fleming bag and a Robinson wallet that was on sale - with my $100 gift card it came to about $350! So excited! I have been lusting after the Fleming for so long.

I cannot praise Tory Burch's level of customer service enough. My friends always point out that I could get similar items from MK at a lower price point but I value the customer service TB delivers. My outlet SAs and my boutique SA have yet to fail me, they've tracked down items from as far as 1.5 years ago for me and always offer me any sort of promotion or discount that is available. I just wish Tory Burch would come out with a few new simple/clean styles so I can use my gift card!

Thank you for reply , what is your opinion iam looking for tan colour of britten slouchy tote which is named small with 30% off or may be waite two days may be some bags restok i was looking for fleming medium with red agate colour too and it was on sale but i was hisetate and itis become sold out rapidly.

I am not a fan of the Britten because the bag is open but I have seen the gray in person and it's really pretty. I have not seen the tan. The small is a great size.

I love the Fleming bags. I think they are really well made and beautiful. I don't think there will be a restock but good luck! You can always try live chat and see if they can find a Fleming for you.
