Maybe you should call another store..My SA is out today, she's in tomorrow, Call Amanda Atwood at TB in Tampa 813-873-8569, she's in Saturday 1-9, I can call her and ask if's ok that she use you. They can ship from anywhere in the system! ! don't understand a sales associate copping an attitude with you...A sales a sale!!

I called my SA and asked if she could get another code for me for online use for a friend. If she is able to get one then I will update the thread. I really don't understand why some stores are so strict with their codes. The SAs in NYC really annoy me which is why I rarely shop in store.

I finally caved and order the Quilted Marion in Agate. I hope I like it in person. These are the prices after the 30% is applied.

I'm sorry :( It's so annoying that they are not consistent with everyone! Hopefully you will be able to get what you're looking for before it sells out!

Only 3 left in stock according to the website, I am so tempted to get the bag while it is on sale and just deal with missing out on the 30% lol. I wish they weren't so inconsistent ! Just take my money and stop giving me a hard time ! haha

I called CS and was told this was the Black Friday sale call back then! Then I called TB in the city and they gave me the sale + 30% + used my Xmas card !!! SF store 415-398-1525

If you don't mind me asking, what did you tell them to get the 30%? Did they ask for a code or did you just have to mention about the presale?

I was in the store today. I ended up getting a black Marion center zip tote. They applied the 30% off. I had them wrap it and told my husband he can put it under the tree lol.

I wish I had a store nearby !! I am wondering if the bags that are on sale on the website will still be on sale on tuesday when the promo code comes out hmm..

This morning, I noticed the fretwork Robinson I've posted here was now in stock at both TBs in Dallas. We had a play/show to go to in Fort Worth today and thought it would go late so no time to go to TB. So, I bribed my husband with margaritas for him at Mi Cocina while I shopped at TB (we had dinner there). I shopped in peace, he had margaritas and I was the DD coming home.

I now have an SA!!!! She was super nice and updated my birthday in the system (AGAIN!!!!). As I mentioned what I was looking for as I entered the store, I told her I had my gift card and also mentioned the private sale very quietly to her... She said of course! She went to the back to get the bag, I found some shoes to try on (on sale!) and also a wallet.

I had quite the haul. Here is what I got: The Robinson tote, a Marion embossed wallet (Zip around) in light oak which is exactly the pink color in the tote and some coconut brown suede Mini Miller 85mm heels that were on sale. All items got 30% off which was great. And I used my $100 off.

I'm all set for awhile and I've accomplished my goal of getting a sales associate. This is at the "fancier" of the two stores where I always get better service than at their mall location here. I know I am super lucky to have 2 boutiques within a few miles of my office...
